  1. Roast 5-10 dry grapes in ghee and eat daily to overcome the dry cough due to heat.
  2. 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon contains the same antioxident levels as that of 80g of blueberries. Sprinkle some of it on your daily cereals to lower blood sugar and lower the stress throughout the day.
  3. Boil water with mint leaves and add some drops of lime juice to it to overcome indigestion.
  4. Fry onion in ghee and consume it in empty stomach to overcome Piles.
  5. Consume grape wine a peg to overcome the migrane problem.
  6. Do not consume tuna for more than a week in the month as it has high omega fatty acids, low level of mercury. Avoid it during pregnancy and lactation.

  9. Garlics in your regular diet increases the resistance power, avoids cells that induces cancer, increases WBC.
  10. To enhance RBC (red blood corpuscles), consuming snake guard, spinach, jowar, bajra, urad dal, beetroot, drumstick, beens, raagi are good.
  11. Do not refrigerate your foodstuff and food for long duration as they kill their nutritional values.
  12. Consuming a piece of pineapple dipped in honey overcomes liver problems.
  13. Grapes have high resistance power against cancer.
Healthy notes for Routine life
  1. Have a balanced diet daily
  2. Avoid fasting and feasting.
  3. Consume small and frequent meals than heavy and large meals.
  4. Quench your thirst by intake of 2-2.5 litres of water per day.
  5. Avoid tasty foods as they are fatty foods.
  6. Enrich your diet by raw fruits and vegetables as they provide vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
  7. Enhance your food by germinated cereals and pulses as they contain Vitamins B, Vitamin C and folic acid.
  8. While cooking vegetables don’t discard the water, as it is rich in nutrition.
  9. Consumption of 250g of steamed fish twice or thrice per week reduces the heart attack.
  10. Use mixture of oils for cooking. It gives a good of polyunsaturated, saturated and unsaturated fat.
  11. Unrefined flour is better than refined flour.
  12. Walking 1 minute per day will increase your lifetime by 1 minute.
