Daniya, Pepper, Jeera powder for rice

corriander seeds(daniya) - 4 tbspn
pepper - 10
cumin ( jeera) seeds - 4 tspn
urad dal - 2 tbspn
dry chilli - 2
salt to taste

Heat the tave and roast the above ingredients dry till warm. Allow it to cool and then powder it along with salt in a Mixer. The powder is ready. Pack in a air tight container for prolonged use. This powder can be used for a month.

Add to hot rice along with ghee or gingely oil and serve.
