Brocoli, Carrot Salad
Brocoli - 250gm
carrot - 3
garlic - 3
onion - 1
green chilli or capsicum - 1
salt to taste
Extra virgin Olive oil - 1 tea spoon

Cut onions, garlic as long pieces. Cut Brocoli, carrot and capsicum in equal sizes. Heat oil in Tava. Add onions and garlic to saute. Add the vegetables with salt. Mix well. Do not overcook. Cook till brocoli turns bright fluro green and remove from stove. Thats it. The dish is ready to serve. Green chilli can be replaced by coarse pepper also.
