Cabbage Special Curry

About Cabbage
Cabbage has immense health benefits. It is very good for healing headache, mouth ulcers, skin disorders, jaundice, eye disorders, Alzheimer's disease, rheumatism, arthritis and in overcoming constipation. It is also very good for cardiac patients. Anyhow thyroid affected patients are not encouraged to eat cabbage.

Ingredients
Cabbage - 500gm
chopped onions - 2
chopped tomato - 2
corriander powder - 3 tsp
cumin powder - 2 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
oil  - 1 table spoon

Method
Wash the cabbage and cut it into big pieces. Heat oil in tava, add onions. Stir till golden and then add tomato with salt. Still till it smashes. Add all the powders, stir well and add the cabbage. Mix well. Lower the flame and close the lid. Stir then and then till cooked. Garnish with corriander leaves. If you prefer spicy, add 2 tea spoons of ginger, garlic paste along with tomatoes.
