Aaloo Jeera curry - 5 Minutes recipe

Aaloo jeera curry

Steamed potato - 10
cumin seeds - 3 teaspoons
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
chilli powder - 3 teaspoons
oil - 5 teaspoon ( Rice bran oil preferred)
corriander leaves to garnish

Cut steamed potato into big pieces. Heat oil in tava. Add cumin seeds. let it spurt. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to it. Now add the potato pieces and stir well. Close the lid. Allow cooking in low flame for 5 minutes.
The aaloo jeera curry is ready. It is very fast to cook and very delicious. Loved by Kids. The dish goes well with rice and chapathi. Can also be taken alone by everyone.
