Coconut mustard raita is very good for ulcer as it does not have any oil, spice or tamarind, but with great taste.
Ingredients
Shallots - 2
mustard - 10gm
grated coconut - 100gm
dry ginger - a pinch
curd - 100ml
Method
Chop 2 shallots into small pieces and fry it. Grind it in mixer along with mustard, grated coconut, dry ginger.
Beat the curd nicely. Add enough salt along with the paste and mix well. Eat as it is or along with chapathi, dosa or idli or as a side to any pulav.
