PastaMacaroni vegi - Indochinese

1. 250gms Macaroni
2. 100gms pasta
3. 1 cup of choped capsicums, carrots, peas, corn
4. 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup
5. 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce
6. china grass to garnish
7. salt to taste
8. turmeric powder a pinch
9. virgin olive oil 1 spoon

Method: Boil the water and add the macaroni along with pasta. Bring them to boil with salt a a little of the oil. In a pan heat the remaining oil, add vegetables, tomato ketchp, soya sauce, turmeric powder. Stir well till vegetables cooked. Now add the cooked and drained pasta and macaroni in the pan and stir well. Garnish with china grass and serve hot.
