Muruku




Ingredients:

1. 2 cups soaked raw rice
2. 3/4 cup fried channal dal
3. 1/4 cup fried urad dal
4. salt, chilli powder, til - 3 tbspoons fried
5. 1 spoon butter


Muruku hand machine


Method:
Grind the soaked rice with less water so that the batter is thick. Grind channa dal and urad dal to powder and mix well all the ingredients. Make a ball and place in the Muruku hand machine and make muruku of desired sizes. Heat oil in tava and deep fry.
