1. Jamoon powder 750 gms
2. sugar 500 gms or 1 cup
3. water 1/4 cup for sugar syrup and required amount to make the jamoon dough
4. Cardamom - 2
5. Oil to deep fry
Method for syrup: Bring the water to boil and add sugar and allow to boil till you get a thin string of sugar when taken in spoon. Add cardammom to syrup for falvour
Method for Jamoon: Make the jamoon dough and deep fry and put immediately in syrup. There will be no extra syrup as the syrup will stick to jammon. Can garnish with cashewnuts, pista and saffron.
