Gulgula



Method: Mix 2 cups of maida(all purpose flour) with a cup of sugar, 1 tsp of powdered cardamom, a pinch of salt, a tbsp of ghee.

Add water little by little so the batter is collaidal enough to make balls and deep fry in oil. The sweet can be made easily and swiftly and is very tasty. Loveable to kids.

  2. haven' made them recently because they waste too much oil and you have to use hot oil but have had them awhile ago and they were yum yum in my tum tum!!! tots wow worthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!B-)
