Peanut Rice

Peanuts – 1 cup
Dry chilli – 5
Urad dal - ¼ cup
Channa dal – ¼ cup
Asafoetida – ¼ spoon
Cooked rice
Salt to taste

To fry
Oil – 1spoon
Mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal – 1 spoon
Curry leaves - little

In a tava, fry peanuts. Keep aside. Fry urad dal and channa dal till golden brown. Keep aside. Fry chilli, asafoetida. Allow to cool and grind all till coarse.
In cooked rice, add enough powder and add the fried ingredients, add salt. Mix well and serve hot with papads.
