Fried Idli

Idli – 6
Tomato cut into small pieces – ¼ cup
Onion – ¼ cup
Chilli – 2
Oil to fry
Coriander leaves to garnish

Cut idli into either square pieces or lengthy pieces. Heat oil in tava and fry the idli wel. Keep idli aside. Now fry onion, tomato, chilli, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder. Add fried idli to it. Mix well and serve hot for evening snacks.
