Brocoli Gravy for chapathi

Brocoli - 250 gms, cut in medium size
capsicum - 1, any color
onion - 1 chopped well
milk cream - 2 spoons
oil - 2 spoons to fry
salt to taste

For paste
tomato - 2
corriander powder - 1 tbsp
curry masala powder - 2 tbp
pepper, cumin - together 1 spoon
turmeric powder a pinch

Heat a tava with oil, add onions, brocoli, capsicum, salt till brocoli turns green. Then add the paste allow to cook with lid closed till oil separates. Now add the cream, allow 2 boils and close the lid and flame.The gravy is ready. It goes well with all sorts of chapathi
